Terms of Participation
- Eligibility
Participants who complete the Recycle Right with Milk evaluation survey and provide valid contact information are eligible to receive a $5 Tim Hortons® e-gift card. Only individuals who meet these terms of participation will be considered for the incentive.
- Limitations
Each participant is eligible for one gift card only, regardless of the number of surveys completed. Duplicate entries will not be accepted.
- Availability
Gift cards are available while supplies last and may be subject to availability. Once the supply of gift cards is exhausted, no additional cards will be issued.
- Expiration
If applicable, the gift cards will have an expiration date, which will be clearly indicated on the card. Participants are responsible for using the gift card before its expiration date.
- Consent
By participating in the survey and opting in to receive an e-gift card, participants explicitly consent to receive the gift card as an incentive for their participation.
- Data Privacy
Participants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the survey and distributing the e-gift cards. All personal data will be stored securely and protected in compliance with applicable data privacy regulations. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.
- No Cash Value
The gift cards provided have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
- Modification
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the incentive program at any time and for any reason. Participants will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba.
