Ingredients

  • 500 mL (2 cups) strawberries (about 12), fresh or frozen 
  • 250 mL (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt 
  • 15 mL (1 Tbsp) white sugar 

Directions

  1. In a blender, puree strawberries. If using frozen strawberries, thaw and mash with a fork. 
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt and sugar with a spoon. 
  3. In ice pop molds, layer yogurt mixture and strawberry puree until filled. 
  4. Add sticks to ice pops and freeze until hard. 

 

NOTES: You can mix the strawberries into the yogurt mixture for pink ice pops that are not layered.
