Ingredients

  • 250 mL (1 cup) cottage cheese
  • 15 mL (1 Tbsp) canola oil
  • 15 mL (1 Tbsp) chopped green onion
  • 15 mL (1 Tbsp) lemon juice
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) dried parsley
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) garlic powder
  • 0.5 mL (⅛ tsp) salt and pepper
  • Crackers or cut vegetables for dipping

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve with your favourite vegetables or crackers.
