Ingredients

A variety of bread, such as  

  • chapati 
  • pita 
  • roti 
  • naan 
  • sourdough 
  • tortilla 
  • steamed buns 
  • baguettes 
  • whole grain 
  • rye 

 

A variety of spreads or dips for students to taste bread with, such as  

  • butter 
  • hummus 
  • jam

Directions

  1. Cut bread into small pieces. 
  2. Place each type in a separate bowl and provide tongs for each bowl. 
  3. Prepare a sample station with breads and spreads/dips for students to try.  
  4. Provide a spoon for each spread.
