Ingredients

  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) milk 
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) yogurt (blueberry, vanilla, or plain) 
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) frozen blueberries 
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) frozen pineapple 
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) fresh spinach or baby kale 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Pour into cups and serve immediately. 

 

NOTE: Frozen spinach or frozen chopped kale can be used instead of fresh spinach or baby kale.
